Horizon3.ai is seeking a Lead Data Streaming within Data Ingestion to drive reliability and throughput for NodeZero’s data pipelines at scale. You will own the engineering execution, sprint cadence, and design reviews while growing the team from 2–3 engineers to 6–7, ensuring robust production pipelines across large cloud environments.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams of 5-8 engineers building and operating data ingestion or ETL/ELT pipelines in production.
• Strong knowledge of streaming architectures (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub, etc.).
• Experience designing data normalization and enrichment pipelines at scale, with focus on data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Data Streaming: manage execution and health for Data Streaming sub-team.
• Own SLOs for ingestion throughput, latency, and error rates; establish on-call/runbooks.
