Job summary

Whatnot seeks a seasoned leader to scale Seller-Provided Support across its fast-growing marketplace. You will own end-to-end outcomes, guiding product and platform engineering to deliver a cohesive user experience for sellers and buyers.

You’ll partner with Product, Design, and platform teams to architect scalable systems, drive refunds reduction, and build intelligent tooling for post-purchase resolution, with room to expand across CX globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product or platform engineering.
• 3+ years managing teams (6–12 engineers).
• Proven track record of building high-impact, end-to-end product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own scaling SPS to all Whatnot sellers and lead a full-stack team.
• Design scalable systems integrating messaging, payments, and logistics with strong UX.
• Drive business outcomes with technical strategy and execution across CX.
