Job summary

Civic Engagement Corp in Carmel, IN is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a fast-moving, learning-obsessed team responsible for critical backend and platform components. You’ll own PostgreSQL subsystems, bridge Django with Stakeholder Management, and ensure the Goal Setting CI remains brisk, enabling engineers to stay in flow.
