Job summary

•••••••• is seeking a high‑performing Cloud Engineering Manager to lead our Cloud Infrastructure & Platform team. You will guide engineers building Infrastructure as a Service for all product teams, ensuring highly available, secure, and observable systems with self‑service paths for developers.

This hybrid role requires three days per week onsite in San Francisco FiDi or Culver City. You will set roadmaps, manage 1:1s, drive Terraform reviews, and shape our AWS footprint for the next three

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.
• 2+ years managing engineers in a B2B fintech/SaaS environment.
• Deep AWS experience at production scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud, DevOps, and database reliability engineers across local and offshore teams.
• Own delivery of the Cloud Engineering roadmap and governance of EKS platform.
• Drive security hygiene and SDLC practices with Security Engineering.
• Manage on-call rotation, incident response, and post-mortems.
• Mentor engineers on secure, resilient infrastructure.
