DoorDash is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Consumer Promotion Experience in New York, NY. You will lead a talented team of engineers, partnering with designers, product managers, and sales partners to execute the product roadmap and deliver high‑quality solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

This role demands strategic technical leadership, strong communication, and a focus on scalable, customer‑facing products in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in management.
• Experience leading product engineering teams with Backend and Frontend engineers.
• Strong product sense and ability to partner with cross-functional peers.
• Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and translate non-technical requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ability to guide and grow an engineering team in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of engineers and drive delivery of the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and sales partners to align on priorities.
• Promote cross-functional communication and engineering excellence.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers across disciplines.
