Modernizing Medicine, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager for its Cloud Platform to lead a team of engineers building a developer enablement platform. You will drive strategy for tooling, infrastructure, and self-service capabilities to accelerate delivery for clinical and operational teams.

You will own the platform roadmap, champion cloud-native standards, and collaborate with Product Development and InfoSec to reduce friction and improve reliability and time-to-market.

Competenze

• 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
• 8+ years in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture.
• Proven track record delivering internal developer platforms or enablement tools.
• Deep expertise in cloud ecosystems (AWS), Kubernetes/EKS, and IaC (Terraform).
• Strong CI/CD automation, GitOps, modern deployment methods, and observability.

Mansioni

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers with a culture of technical excellence.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Developer Enablement Platform.
• Drive self-service platform solutions and automated infrastructure via IaC.
• Champion cloud-native standards and golden paths for containerized and serverless deployments.
• Partner with Product Development and InfoSec to reduce friction and speed time-to-market.
• Establish enterprise observability, monitoring, and reliability standards.
• Manage cloud governance, security, performance, and cost across multi-account environments.
• Define and track metrics (DORA, developer satisfaction, platform adoption) to show impact.
