Modernizing Medicine is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Cloud Platform team to lead a group of engineers focused on building scalable developer enablement tools and infrastructure. You will drive strategy, tooling, and self-service capabilities across the organization to accelerate software delivery for clinical and operational customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership.
• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Architecture.
• Strong background in CI/CD automation, GitOps, and modern deployment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of platform engineers with a focus on excellence and reliability.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Developer Enablement Platform, aligning with developer needs.
• Champion self-service platform solutions, IaC, and automated infrastructure across the organization.
• Define observability and SRE practices (DataDog, OpenTelemetry) and drive platform reliability and cost optimization.
