Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Case Strategy Engineering team and scale one of the most consequential areas of our product. You will own the engineering systems that turn data, AI, and ML into better strategies for offers, IDRE selection, position statements, batching, and other critical decisions across the IDR workflow.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams in early-stage environments.
• Experience delivering production AI/ML products in collaboration with data science.
• Strong architecture guidance for data pipelines, APIs, and data stores.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Lift: connect roadmap to measurable gains in ARR.
• Build the Case Strategy Platform: data models, services, and full-stack workflows.
• Turn Models Into Product Capabilities: move AI features into reliable products.
• Create a Data and Feedback Flywheel: capture outcomes and feed back into models.
• Lead an Experienced Engineering Team: set priorities and coach engineers.
• Grow and Structure the Organization: hire and define operating practices.
