Pivotal Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Case Strategy Engineering team. You will own the systems that turn data, AI, and ML into decision-capable features across the IDR workflow, collaborating with Data Science and AI Platform teams to move models into production.

As a high-accountability leader, you’ll shape architecture, manage an experienced team, and drive measurable ARR impact while delivering reliable, scalable services across Python, GCP, and production data

Qualifications

• Several years leading engineering teams in early-stage environments where roadmap and tech approach are evolving.
• Experience delivering production AI/ML products or working closely with data-science teams.
• Ability to build reliable systems around models, including data pipelines, feedback loops, APIs, monitoring, and product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Lift: drive outcomes that increase reimbursement and ARR.
• Build the Case Strategy Platform: data models, databases, APIs, services, full-stack workflows.
• Turn Models Into Product Capabilities: move AI/ML outputs into usable product features.
• Create a Data and Feedback Flywheel: capture outcomes and feed back results into models.
• Lead an Experienced Engineering Team: set priorities, coach, and ensure accountability.
• Grow and Structure the Organization: hire and define ownership boundaries.
• Drive Predictable Delivery: plan, sequence work, and ship improvements.
• Shape the Technical Direction: architecture across Python, GCP, data systems, LLMs.
• Use AI to Stay Close to the Work: prototype and accelerate decisions.
