Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Case Strategy Engineering team. You will own the engineering systems that turn data, AI, and machine-learning into better offers, IDRE selection, and sequence decisions across the IDR workflow.

You will mentor engineers and collaborate with Data Science and AI Platform teams to productionize models. You will report to the Director of Product Engineering.

• ability to steer architecture and technical decisions with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own and drive engineering outcomes that improve customer lift and ARR
• Lead and structure the Case Strategy Platform and data models
• Turn AI/ML capabilities into usable product features
• Develop data feedback flywheel to improve models and decisions
• Hire and grow the engineering team and set operating practices
• Guide architectural decisions across Python services and GCP infra
• Ensure predictable delivery of meaningful improvements
