Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Case Strategy Engineering team, owning the systems that turn data, AI, and ML into strategic decisions across the IDR workflow.

You will guide an experienced team, collaborate with Data Science and AI Platform groups, and drive the full-stack engineering layer from data models to customer-facing experiences, reporting to the Director of Product Engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead engineering teams in early-stage environments.
• Experience delivering production AI/ML products with data-science collaboration.
• Strong coding and architecture depth to guide high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Case Strategy Platform data models, databases, APIs, services and workflows.
• Lead and grow an experienced engineering team and coordinate with Data Science/AI Platform teams.
• Shape technical direction across Python services, GCP infra, data systems and model-driven product features.
• Drive predictable delivery by translating ambiguous problems into clear plans and milestones.
• Apply AI-enabled development tools to accelerate decision-making and product impact.
