Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in engineering, including 3 years supervising.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Department and supervise staff.
• Direct CAP's capital improvement and asset modification programs.
• Administer lands and right of way agreements.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Review design for external water infrastructure projects.
• Develop Emergency Action Plans for dams and canals.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners.
