Job summary
Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead hourly maintenance teams, ensure plant safety, and uphold food quality standards. The role collaborates with plant leaders and requires competent leadership and technical expertise.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and hands-on experience with electrical systems, PLCs, and equipment repair.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with industrial electrical wiring, PLCs, motor control, and equipment repair a must.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage hourly maintenance on shift; execute PMs and manage line calls.
- Communicate shift preparation/meetings with prior and next shifts.
- Review parts requests and manage parts checked out on shift (Parts Tag Receipt).
- Utilize SAP to review work requests, PM orders, and update breakdown notifications.
- Execute small-scale maintenance projects and oversee shift planning.
