Attentive is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of backend engineers building scalable, reliable systems powering our platform. You'll balance people leadership, technical direction, and execution while partnering closely with Product and other engineering teams to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes.

You'll develop and grow a high-performing team, guide technical and architectural decisions, and create clarity around complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing software engineers.
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering foundation and system design.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and hiring coaches.
