Job summary

Naveera Technology LLC seeks an experienced Engineering Manager with deep hands-on AWS to GCP data migration and AI/ML leadership. You will guide enterprise data platform migrations, architect GCP solutions, and oversee MLOps and GenAI initiatives using GCP-native services.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, migration strategy, and collaboration with Data Science, Product, Analytics, BI, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and production-ready data and AI solutions on GCP.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Cloud Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, or related technology leadership roles.
5+ years of strong hands-on GCP Data Engineering experience.
Proven experience delivering AWS-to-GCP migration projects.
Strong experience designing enterprise Data Lake and Lakehouse platforms on GCP.
Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Dataproc, IAM, and Terraform.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration of enterprise data platforms from AWS to GCP.
Define target-state GCP architecture and migration roadmap.
Design scalable batch, real-time, and event-driven ingestion frameworks on GCP.
Architect data models and governance standards for analytics and AI workloads on GCP.
Lead and mentor data engineers, coordinate with stakeholders across teams and locations.
