Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or CSSLP required.
• Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility clearance required.
• Experience designing, building and operating large-scale distributed systems or web services.
• Strong Linux proficiency and automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate, mentor and develop a team of engineers.
• Define team structure and strategy to meet business goals.
• Establish roadmaps and deliver engineering solutions.
• Provide support for team systems end-to-end (design, code quality, health).
• Lead cross-functional discussions to resolve conflicts.
• Act as operational leader with data-driven performance improvements.
