Dealpath is building the AI-powered real estate operating system. We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a software engineering team in a fast-growing, hybrid SF environment, driving high-quality delivery and architectural evolution.

You’ll coach engineers, champion AI tooling, collaborate with Product, Design, and Quality, and recruit top talent while maintaining a culture of inclusion and accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience scaling teams in startup or growth-stage env.
• Track record delivering enterprise SaaS, ideally in B2B/PropTech/FinTech.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools and disciplined validation before shipping.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers to growth and excellence.
• Champion AI-forward practices and coach the team to adopt AI sensibly.
• Drive execution of high-impact product initiatives with Product, Design, Quality.
• Recruit and onboard world-class engineering talent.
• Provide clarity in scope and timelines while ensuring high-quality, secure code.
• Collaborate with architects to evolve platform architecture and strategy.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, transparency, and accountability.
