We’re hiring an Engineering Manager for a full-time, hybrid role in San Francisco to lead a team of engineers and drive AI-assisted development.
You will coach engineers, shape technical strategy with Product and Design, recruit top talent, and ensure delivery of secure, scalable software.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years in Engineering Manager or equivalent leadership role.
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience scaling SaaS teams in startup or growth environments.
- Proven coaching and mentorship in AI coding tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers.
- Drive high-impact product initiatives with Product, Design, and QA.
- Recruit and onboard engineering talent.
- Provide clarity in scope and timelines; ensure delivery of secure, testable code.
- Collaborate on platform architecture and technical strategy.
