WMG is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a fast-evolving Automated Marketing engineering team in California, building internal tools and data pipelines, including AI-driven solutions for marketing problems.

You will own team deliverables, set technical strategy, mentor engineers, hire and grow talent, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver value. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on data in the music industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years leading teams of 5–10+ software engineers.
• Hands-on leader who writes code, reviews, and contributes to architecture/strategy.
• Strong hiring and team-building experience.
• Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Empathetic leader who builds high-performing teams.
• Experience with AWS and Python.
