Job summary

Radwell International is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead software engineering and AI platforms across enterprise, eCommerce, and integrations. You will guide architecture, drive modernization, and ensure secure, scalable systems.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product Management, Data Engineering, DevOps, and AI teams to deliver measurable business outcomes while coordinating across US teams and ISCC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering software in on-prem/cloud environments.
• 5+ years managing senior stakeholders and scope.
• 5+ years leading multiple engineering teams with vendors/partners.
• Proven track record building high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple software engineering teams.
• Set engineering best practices, standards, and delivery processes.
• Drive modernization with ERP/Salesforce integrations and cloud-native apps.
• Oversee AI-enabled services and enterprise platform delivery.
• Partner with enterprise leaders to prioritize projects and resources.
• Coordinate work across US teams and ISCC.
