Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is scaling its Enterprise Engineering Organization and seeking an Engineering Manager with deep expertise across the Enterprise domain to help lead the next wave of growth.

You will combine technical judgment, product intuition, and people leadership to help large organizations adopt AI at scale, guiding teams in Enterprise Control Plane, Data Plane, and Connector Marketplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 4 years in management.
• Experience building enterprise platforms or products with reliability and governance in mind.
• Ability to translate enterprise needs into clear technical priorities.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for the team and guide architecture decisions.
• Build foundational systems enabling enterprise deployment at scale.
• Shape roadmaps with product/design, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and mentorship for a growing team.
• Represent engineering in strategic customer conversations and collaborate with sales.
• Drive parallel initiatives and prioritize tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment.
