Job summary

Value Spectrum Technologies LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to build and lead an enterprise AI Ops platform that automates IT operations using AI and observability. You will own the roadmap, architecture, and delivery strategy for proactive monitoring and self-healing systems.

You will lead teams of SREs, AI and Platform Engineers, driving AI-driven event correlation, automated triage, and remediation workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-grade AI Ops and observability initiatives.
• Track record delivering scalable, reliable platforms with measurable improves in MTTR/MTTA.
• Strong collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, security and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an AI Ops platform and autonomous operations capabilities.
• Manage teams of SREs, AI engineers, platform engineers, and automation engineers.
• Define and govern observability standards, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and incident management processes.
• Drive cost optimization, capacity forecasting, and proactive anomaly detection.
