Job summary

Personify Health, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an AI Feature team responsible for PercyIQ, a suite of AI-powered discovery and conversation experiences for health content.

You will guide backend/frontend/QA engineers, partner with Product, UX, Legal, and clinical stakeholders, and drive sprint delivery, on-call operations, and production reliability for the AI platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend and frontend).
• 3+ years in engineering management or tech lead, mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on experience with production systems using LLMs/generative AI, including RAG pipelines and agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI feature team for PercyIQ across AI-powered search and conversational experiences.
• Own go-live readiness activities: testing, pilot monitoring, load testing, and production runbooks.
• Oversee analytics infrastructure to measure AI feature usage and business impact.
• Ensure AI guardrails, safety, and privacy compliance in healthcare context.
• Manage on-call operations, incidents, and reliability of AI platforms.
• Collaborate with Product/UX/Legal/Clinical stakeholders on roadmap and delivery.
