Engine is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive activation, engagement, and expansion across the full travel marketplace, including Flights and Partner Hub. You will lead a high-performing team focused on rapid development, continuous improvement, and implementing robust experimentation practices.

You will partner with product, data, and design to identify opportunities to increase time-to-value, improve stickiness, and broaden product adoption through thoughtful testing and iteration.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of engineering experience and at least 5 years in a management role.
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.
• Strong leadership with a focus on high-velocity results and accountability.
• Proficient in AI-driven practices to accelerate quality and delivery.
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts for stakeholders.
