Emi Labs is seeking an engineering leader to guide three small, focused product engineering teams responsible for the recruitment product journey from first interaction through interview and hire. You will partner with Product to shape the roadmap, drive execution, and ensure teams have the support of tech leads and architects to move fast.

You will champion a data-driven culture, define key metrics for delivery and quality, and work to surface and resolve technical debt.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience managing multiple teams or workstreams.
• Strong product sense and ability to partner with business stakeholders.
• Track record of growing engineers' careers through direct, actionable feedback.

Mansioni

• Lead and grow small product engineering teams, owning people management end to end.
• Partner with Product to translate priorities into roadmap and execution.
• Coordinate dependencies and unblock work across teams and the rest of Engineering.
• Own hiring for your teams end-to-end and drive data-driven delivery metrics.
