Job summary

Emptor is seeking a Product & Marketing Lead to support the CEO, Marketing, Sales and Product teams in executing our AI product strategy. The role involves ensuring clear requirements, proper feature configuration and testing, and eventually owning substantial parts of the product directly while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

You will work with a diverse, globally distributed team, valuing async communication and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with Eng/Sales.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical product requirements.
• Examples of effective past documentation or deliverables.
• Experience with discovery, design thinking and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings to align tasks across Engineering, Product, Marketing and Sales.
• Work directly with CEO, Marketing, Sales and Product leaders.
• Own the full product lifecycle and backlog in Linear.
• Configure client flows and onboard new B2B customers.
• Review peers' work for accuracy and maintain process integrity.
• Assist strategy planning and prioritization of tasks.
• Ensure execution meets requirements and deadlines.
• Track delivery outcomes to meet customer needs.
• Participate in customer interviews and gather insights.
• Engage in product testing activities.
