Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience owning or operating a production enterprise platform
• Experience integrating AI/ML-driven capabilities into enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and observability
• Experience working in a global delivery model
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own US-based core fraud and risk platform domain, including technical direction, health, and delivery outcomes
• Define architectural standards, KPIs, and reliability targets
• Advance AI-enabled capabilities through automation and data-driven decisioning
• Ensure production stability with monitoring, incident response, and RCA
• Lead and coordinate with Product, Risk, Data, and Engineering stakeholders
• Provide people leadership and oversight for US engineers in a globally distributed team
• Drive Agile ceremonies, architectural governance, and DevOps maturity
