Job summary

PSD seeks an Engineering Manager to lead its .NET and React software team—overseeing delivery, quality, and day-to-day operations. You will align with Product Management and Delivery Managers on priorities while guiding the Software Architect on technical direction.

With 8+ years in software development and at least 2 years in people leadership, you will champion agile practices, code quality, and AI-assisted tooling across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software development, including enterprise software design and build.
• 2+ years managing software engineers.
• Strong Agile / Scrum experience and data-driven delivery emphasis.
• Hands-on AI tooling across the SDLC and automated testing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead PSD’s software engineering team focused on .NET and React.
• Own delivery, quality, and day-to-day operations, coordinating with PMs and Delivery Managers.
• Define priorities with Product Manager and Architecture direction with the Software Architect.
• Ensure data accuracy and energy model integrity as a core quality pillar.
• Oversee a distributed/remote team and foster software craftsmanship.
