CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an AI-centric product team in Chicago or remote. You will hire senior engineers, shape the roadmap with product, and own delivery, quality, and metrics.

You’ll stay close to the tech, review designs, and ensure AI features are customer-ready. You’ll manage software, ML, and AI engineers, collaborate across reporting lines, and mentor teams to scale impact while maintaining rigorous engineering standards and clear executive

Qualifications

Typically 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years managing engineers.
Experience shipping AI, ML, or LLM-powered products to production.
Track record of hiring well and growing teams.
A data-driven approach using metrics to run the team and judge outcomes.
Comfort leading across multiple reporting lines with executives.

Responsibilities

Hire, grow, and retain a strong team of software, ML, and AI engineers with clear feedback.
Own delivery: planning, priorities, execution, and production quality with measurable metrics.
Partner with product and domain experts to shape the roadmap and lead across teams.
Set how the team uses AI-assisted engineering tools and model it yourself.
