Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is expanding its AI engineering team and seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own end-to-end AI agents for casualty/claims intelligence.

You will design, deploy, and monitor LLM-powered workflows that handle complex documents, retrieval, and structured extraction, while ensuring safety and compliance in production. You will work on an experienced, senior group focused on AI-native products for auto casualty claims, including medical bills, claims decision support,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software or ML engineering experience.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products to real users, including retrieval and prompt engineering.
• Experience designing evaluations for non-deterministic systems and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered agents and workflows: orchestration, tool use, retrieval, structured extraction, and human-in-the-loop review
• Build evaluations with data labelers and subject matter experts, and run them on every change
• Make agents production-grade: guardrails, observability, cost and latency, and careful handling of sensitive health data
