Job summary

CG Infinity, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant AI/ML to lead enterprise-scale AI programs in a fully remote role.

You will drive end-to-end claims automation using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and related services, and act as the trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders. You will define roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, oversee data pipelines from intake to payment, ensure scalability for millions of claims per month, and implement MLOps practices, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery
• 5+ years leading AI/ML programs at enterprise scale
• Ability to lead customer-facing conversations
• Experience with end-to-end claims automation workflows
• Strong program leadership in large-scale transformations

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI/ML solution roadmap for end-to-end claims automation
• Lead customer-facing conversations to understand use cases and design agentic AI solutions
• Drive implementation using AWS Bedrock AgentCore and supporting services
• Act as trusted technical advisor to customer stakeholders
• Own end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-scale AI/ML solution for healthcare claims processing
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Ensure scalability to handle millions of claims per month
• Define AI/MLOps strategy including monitoring and retraining pipelines
• Lead workshops to identify and scope agentic AI use cases
• Design agentic patterns mapped to business problems
• Build and operate evaluation pipelines for agentic systems
• Instrument agents for tracing, monitoring, and debugging via Bedrock AgentCore Observability
