Stripe, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Manager for Agentic Commerce to lead the shaping and delivery of transformative products that redefine how AI-enabled commerce operates.

You will work with product, design, data science, and marketing to create solutions that scale globally and improve user autonomy. The role focuses on building new API primitives, dashboards, and integration experiences to enable agent-powered online commerce through Stripe, with a strong emphasis on reliability and

Competenze

• 10+ years of engineering experience with hands-on development
• AI-native and comfortable solving problems with agentic AI tools
• Proven experience coaching and developing senior and staff level contributors
• Experience leading initiatives across large engineering organizations and multiple teams
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to structure ambiguous concepts clearly
