• Ability to turn ambiguous goals into clear priorities and deliver cross-team initiatives.
• Track record of coaching engineers and fostering candid feedback and ownership.
• Technical depth to guide architecture across UI, APIs, and backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering planning and execution in partnership with Product and Design.
• Shape the team’s strategy and roadmap across product engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Own delivery from problem definition through rollout and operation, balancing new capabilities with reliability.
• Uphold high engineering standards across codebases and practices.
• Turn ambiguous goals into focused plans and resolve dependencies.
• Coach engineers and support their professional growth.
• Partner with Recruiting to hire engineers and build a diverse, high-performing team.
