Stripe, Inc. seeks an Engineering Manager for Agentic Commerce to shape and deliver transformative products that redefine how commerce works. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, owning API primitives, dashboards, and integration surfaces to simplify complex financial and e-commerce workflows for global customers.

You will partner with product, design, data science, and marketing to unlock new opportunities and ensure reliability and scalability across Stripe’s platform.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with a computer science background and hands-on development.
• AI-native and comfortable solving problems with agentic AI tools.
• Proven experience coaching and developing senior and staff level ICs.
• Experience leading initiatives spanning multiple teams to influence tech roadmap planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, clarifying ambiguous concepts from first principles.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment with diverse functions and stakeholders.
• Deep empathy for users balancing autonomy and guidance in digital commerce experiences.

Responsabilités

• Build full stack solutions across Stripe's ecosystem, including back end services, dashboards, money movement systems, and integrations with other Stripe primitives.
• Partner with product management and design to ship high-impact features that increase user autonomy and reduce friction.
• Apply analytical skills to data, test hypotheses, and set success metrics for enterprise-grade reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate agentic commerce capabilities seamlessly.
• Engage directly with users (especially large enterprises) to understand needs and translate to product shapes.
