MyFitnessPal, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Advertising squad within our Engineering team. You will drive outcomes by guiding backend and iOS engineers to deliver a quality-first ad experience while prioritizing user trust and privacy.

You’ll partner with Product, Design, Ad Ops, and Sales to ship experiments quickly, measure impact, and iterate toward scalable solutions that balance speed, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile engineering teams with outcome-driven focus.
• Strong background with experiment-driven product iterations.
• Proven ability to partner with Product, Design and Engineering for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of backend and iOS engineers to deliver high-quality ad experiences.
