Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 9+ years of related engineering experience; Master’s with 7+ years; PhD with 5+ years.
• Active U.S. Government issued Secret clearance required (background investigation within past 6 years) or in Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to obtain SAP access (PAR) prior to employment and maintain SAP access as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of design engineers creating, identifying, and maintaining support equipment.
• Guide engineers in career development and gaining critical skills.
• Interact with leadership and customer stakeholders to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness of support equipment processes and procurement.
