Engineering Manager – Mechanical Focus

Central Kentucky | $120K–$150K | Relocation Assistance Available

We are seeking an Engineering Manager – Mechanical Focus to join a growing robotics and industrial automation organization in Central Kentucky. This individual will lead a small mechanical engineering team while remaining highly involved in the technical direction of custom automation projects. Robotics and automation experience is required, with systems integrator experience strongly preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader who wants to work on complex automation systems with limited overnight travel of approximately 10%.

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a small mechanical engineering team
• Drive mechanical design and engineering for robotic and custom automation systems
• Serve as a technical expert for complex machine design, troubleshooting, and project execution
• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience preferred, including significant automation experience
• $120K–$150K base salary + relocation assistance + comprehensive benefits
