Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring an Engineering Manager for an EdTech project, focusing on data and software engineering. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and balances hands-on contribution with leadership across a syllabus engineering team.

You will partner with product management to shape releases, ensure robust architecture, and guide initiatives from concept through deployment in a remote work setting. Strong leadership and cloud-ready delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years previous work experience in technical leadership with large-scale, growing systems.
• 5 years of experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating goals, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
• 5 years of experience in preparation and development of reports, briefings, and other technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the team’s engineering processes and delivery
• Assign, coordinate, and manage team priorities and workload
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders on roadmaps, timelines, risks, and progress

As an Engineering Manager, you will report to the Director of Engineering and play a key role on a syllabus engineering team. You’ll lead a talented group of data and software engineers, partnering closely with product management to shape, design, and deliver innovative technology solutions that support our client's strategic goals.
