Are you an Engineering Manager from an industrial or manufacturing background, looking to put your own stamp on a market-leading organization, offering new industry training and a clear pathway into a senior site leadership position?

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of eight Maintenance, Controls, and Automation Engineers, taking responsibility for team performance, customer relationships, and day-to-day operations.
