A growing, industry-leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations within a highly automated and expanding manufacturing environment. This leadership role will oversee product design, manufacturing engineering support, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional engineering execution for a complex industrial product line.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team focused on product design, manufacturing support, and process improvement
- Oversee engineering activities related to product development, 3D modeling, technical drawings, and design-for-manufacturing initiatives
- Provide engineering leadership for manufacturing operations, including tooling, automation, robotic welding systems, and production optimization
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, planning, sales, and leadership teams to support production schedules, product quality, and customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement efforts, capital equipment projects, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives
- Manage engineering project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations
- Support custom engineered solutions and customer-specific product modifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Strong understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and industrial production environments
- Experience with 3D CAD software and engineering analysis tools
- Knowledge of fabrication, welding, automation, and production support engineering
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Proven ability to lead technical teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Experience
- Background within refrigeration, HVAC, pressure vessel, or industrial manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting highly automated production operations
- Familiarity with ASME standards and pressure vessel design
- Exposure to new product development and R&D initiatives
