Are you a Maintenance or Engineering Manager looking to take over a whole maintenance department where you can implement new ideas and processes?

Do you want to take charge of a team of maintenance managers, planner and technicians where you will lead the team to define how maintenance is done and not just respond to it?

This Charlotte based manufacturing organization is looking to the future, having established themselves as an industry leader, they are undergoing a period of expansion and growth and with plans in place for new departments and facilities, they are looking for a Plant Engineering Manager to take a leadership position

In this role you will own the maintenance and engineering systems from the top. You will be leading a team including managers, planners and technicians, and responsible for setting priorities, define KPIs, develop training plans, oversee capital projects and work with the team to move towards a more reliability and preventative maintenance environment.

You will be a Maintenance or Engineering Manager, who can implement change and improvements. You will come from a manufacturing background with knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
