Job summary

RX2 Solutions is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10–15 engineers and drive hardware and systems development from concept through deployment.

You will combine people leadership with hands-on technical oversight, set program plans, allocate resources, and ensure schedules, cost, and quality targets are met across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a hardware-focused engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience leading or managing engineering professionals.
• Proven experience leading hardware or engineered-product development from concept through deployment.
• Strong systems engineering background coordinating multiple technical disciplines and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the technical execution of complex engineering programs from planning through completion.

• Proven experience leading hardware or engineered-product development from concept through qualification and deployment.
• Strong systems engineering background with experience coordinating multiple technical disciplines and integrated systems.
• Demonstrated success leading complex engineering projects with accountability for technical performance, schedule, budget, quality, and cost.
• Experience leading engineering process improvement initiatives, including implementation and training.
