Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced engineering manager in Colorado to lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You will supervise activities, manage budgets, and oversee design, documentation, and approvals for complex projects.

The role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, CAE tools, and the ability to mentor staff while coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring regulatory compliance. A US security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 6+ years of engineering experience
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools, analysis and simulation
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
• Requires a current active US Secret Security Clearance
