Job summary

Outrigger Hospitality Group in Hawaii seeks an Engineering Manager to oversee all maintenance and engineering operations for the hotel. The ideal candidate will direct daily maintenance for exterior and interior facilities, ensuring the upkeep of guest and service areas while maintaining standards and compliance.

Base pay starts at $85,000-$91,000 with potential for higher salary based on skill, experience, and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience as Chief Engineer of a full-service hotel or multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance and engineering operations of the hotel.
• Direct daily maintenance operations for exterior and interior facilities.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Manager to oversee all maintenance and engineering operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will direct the daily maintenance operations for exterior and interior of the physical facility for the hotel, ensure the upkeep of all guest and service areas and to maintain them in proper working order and appearance. In addition, the Engineering Manager will maintain all standards, guidelines and required compliance with regulations, as well as provide quality customer service while assuring clean, safe and well maintained front and back of house areas.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the capacity of Chief Engineer of a full-service hotel or multiple properties.
