Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to join a leading manufacturing company in the plastics space. The role leads a team of engineers to design and develop new manufacturing processes and systems, drives project management from conception to completion, and champions Lean and Six Sigma to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proven experience in leading projects and product development.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma expertise.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering principles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job Details

5. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and mechanical engineering principles.
6. Proficiency in engineering design software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
11. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
