Job summary

The role emphasizes capital project management, equipment reliability, preventive/predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will oversee budgets, maintenance personnel, and reliability initiatives while collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive maintenance and engineering experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of experience leading engineering projects and capital equipment installations.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and capital improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Develop scopes, budgets, timelines, and financial justifications for capex.
• Prepare and maintain capital project documentation and expenditure proposals.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and start-up of new equipment and lines.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Draft and maintain plant layouts and engineering documentation.
• Evaluate ROI and provide leadership with recommendations.
