Qualifications

Are you a hands-on maintenance leader who thrives on driving reliability, safety, and operational excellence in a manufacturing environment?

We're seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a growing manufacturing facility in Newark, Ohio.

This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on equipment reliability, team development, safety performance, and continuous improvement initiatives that support world‑class manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for production machinery and facility systems.
  • Develop and mentor a team of maintenance professionals, creating a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive equipment uptime, reliability, and operational readiness to support production goals.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and external contractors to support facility improvements, equipment installations, and capital projects.
  • Lead initiatives focused on cost reduction, energy efficiency, and maintenance optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations while fostering a safe workplace for all employees and contractors.
