Rise Technical Recruitment Limited has an exciting opening for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager in Jackson, Ohio. The role leads engineering and maintenance across a large-scale food manufacturing site, delivering CapEx and improvement projects with a focus on reliability and safety.

You will oversee maintenance teams, drive electrical and mechanical activities, and partner with senior leadership to support growth and relocation benefits within a large international group.

Qualifications

• Engineering/maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance background in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and maintenance operations across a large-scale food manufacturing facility.
• Manage and develop maintenance teams while overseeing projects, electrical, mechanical and engineering activities across the site.
• Head up a large engineering function with significant growth goals.
