Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering management experience.
• Experience managing others.
• Experience with multi-shift operations.
• Experience overseeing budgets.
• Background in automated environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee day-to-day production engineering needs.
• Improve processes by eliminating bottlenecks and increasing throughput.
• Manage the annual capital equipment budget.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to completion.
• Support electrical troubleshooting including PLCs and robotics.
• Lead validation of new equipment and present metrics.
• Oversee external contractors and reporting to upper management.
• Develop and monitor engineering KPIs.
