Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing, maintenance, and quality activities while leading a diverse team to meet production schedules, optimize costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across the plant.

This role requires strong leadership, Lean expertise, and hands-on problem solving to drive continuous improvement, enhance OEE, and partner with quality, supply chain, and engineering to deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing or related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or plant operations with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality, safety, and maintenance.
• Experience with Lean, continuous improvement, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet production schedules.
• Lead production, maintenance, quality, and plant personnel.
• Ensure safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, 5S, and root-cause analysis.
• Manage budget, labor costs, and materials usage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
• Track KPIs and report performance to senior management.
• Maintain inventory levels and supply chain coordination.
